Cancellation Policy

📌 English Version Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy for Speaking Engagements 1. Booking & Payment All speaking engagements require full payment or a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). 2. Rescheduling If the client needs to reschedule, they must notify at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be rebooked within 90 days of the original date. Only one reschedule is allowed without additional charges. 3. Cancellations & Refunds More than 30 days before the event: Full refund. 14 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before the event: No refund, but a credit can be applied toward a future engagement within 90 days. 4. Travel & Accommodations (if applicable) If the engagement requires travel, the client must cover all travel expenses (flights, hotel, transportation). If the event is canceled after travel has been booked, the client must reimburse all non-refundable travel expenses. 5. Force Majeure If unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, illness, etc.) prevent the speaker from attending, a mutual rescheduling agreement will be made at no additional cost. 6. Agreement Acknowledgment By booking a speaking engagement, the client agrees to these terms. 📌 Spanish Version Política de Reservación, Reprogramación y Cancelación para Conferencias 1. Reservación y Pago Todas las conferencias requieren pago completo o un depósito del 50% al momento de la reserva. El saldo restante debe pagarse a más tardar 7 días antes del evento. Todos los precios están en dólares estadounidenses (USD). 2. Reprogramación Si el cliente necesita reprogramar, debe notificarlo con al menos 14 días de anticipación. La nueva fecha está sujeta a disponibilidad y debe reagendarse dentro de los 90 días posteriores a la fecha original. Solo se permite una reprogramación sin cargos adicionales. 3. Cancelaciones y Reembolsos Más de 30 días antes del evento: Reembolso completo menos una tarifa administrativa del 10%. 14 a 30 días antes del evento: Reembolso del 50%. Menos de 14 días antes del evento: No hay reembolso, pero se puede aplicar un crédito para un evento futuro dentro de los 90 días. 4.
