Cancellation Policy

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy for Speaking Engagements 1. Booking & Payment All speaking engagements require full payment or a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). 2. Rescheduling If the client needs to reschedule, they must notify at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be rebooked within 90 days of the original date. Only one reschedule is allowed without additional charges. 3. Cancellations & Refunds More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 14 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before the event: No refund, but a credit can be applied toward a future engagement within 90 days. 4. Travel & Accommodations (if applicable) If the engagement requires travel, the client must cover all travel expenses (flights, hotel, transportation). If the event is canceled after travel has been booked, the client must reimburse all non-refundable travel expenses. 5. Force Majeure If unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, illness, etc.) prevent the speaker from attending, a mutual rescheduling agreement will be made at no additional cost. 6. Agreement Acknowledgment By booking a speaking engagement, the client agrees to these terms.
